CD8A and Alzheimer disease: Briefly, we can find that there are 14 differentially infiltrating immune cells between AD and control groups; they are activated dendritic cell, immature B cell, immature dendritic cell, MDSC, macrophage, natural killer T cell, natural killer cell, neutrophil, plasmacytoid dendritic cell, regulatory T cell, type 1 T helper cell, type 17 T helper cell, central memory CD8 T cell, and effector memory CD8 T cell.
