The results revealed that serum levels of miR-130a-3p were related with hypertension, TC and LDL-C levels (all P < 0.05), while it showed no significant relationship with patients’ age, gender, smoking, drinking, diabetes, hs-CRP, TG or HDL-C levels (all P > 0.05, Table 2). The gene discussed is CRP; the disease is diabetes mellitus.
