The results showed that the areas under the ROC curve of hs-TnI and QTc were 0.724 and 0.713, respectively, which had a statistical difference compared with 0.5 (P < 0.05), indicating that hs-TnI and QTc have a certain predictive effect on the cardiotoxicity related to anti-HER2 targeted therapy in breast cancer (Table 7, Fig. 3). Here, ERBB2 is linked to breast cancer.
