CD274 and myelodysplastic syndrome: After coculturing TA-specific T cells with autologous MDS cells, we found that an average of 51.1% of MDS cells were PD-L1 positive (range 30%–75%), while only 5.3% of MDS cells expressed PD-L1 at baseline (range 1.9%–20%), corresponding to an average 9.6-fold increase in PD-L1 expression (Figure 1A).
