High MAFG-AS1 expression in the PRAD cohort was significantly associated with T classification (OR = 1.952 for T3&T4 vs. T2, P < 0.001), N classification (OR = 2.005 for N1 vs. N0, P = 0.008), and Gleason score (OR = 2.074 for 8&9&10 vs. 6&7, P < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene MAFG and prostate adenocarcinoma.
