Since survival time of patients is correlated with immunological responses in human cancers [44], we investigated the correlation of six survival-associated genes (CTHRC1, NTM, PDGFC, PDLIM3, SLC16A3, and FBN2) with the several immune stimulatory and inhibitory signatures including CD8+ T cells, CD4+ regulatory T cells, NK cells, TAM, macrophages, M2 macrophages, Tregs, T cell exhaustion, and MDSCs. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and cancer.
