NUDT15 and Decreased total leukocyte count: Among patients with leukopenia (n = 19), the presence of NUDT15 variations (n = 13 including both NUDT15 c.415C > T and NUDT15 c.52G > A) also predicted a shorter onset to leukopenia (median = 2 months and range = 0.5–12 months) compared to patients with wild-type NUDT15 (median = 5.5 months, range = 4–24 months; p = 0.045) (Figure 1).
