To our knowledge, five novel genes that have never before been discussed were found to be associated with hyperthyroidism: POU5F1, CCHCR1, HLA-DRB9, RPL17P3, and CEP128. Here, we show the biological function and involvement of disease in these genes, which have been discussed previously (Table 2). Here, CCHCR1 is linked to hyperthyroidism.
