Recently, it was reported that the Wnt5a/ROR2/SIAH2 signaling axis could induce and maintain the dormancy of PCa cells in the bone by inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, suggesting that the Wnt5a/ROR2/SIAH2 signaling axis may be a new therapeutic method (49). Here, ROR2 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
