The results showed that before HFA treatment, the serum levels of MDA, SOD, and CAT in hyperlipidemia rats were 13.78 ± 2.12 nmol/mL, 157.8 ± 10.96 U/mL, 36.91 ± 6.02 U/mL, respectively, which were significantly different from those in control rats (9.08 ± 1.12 nmol/mL, 172.7 ± 6.82 U/mL, 94.85 ± 7.81 U/mL). The gene discussed is SOD1; the disease is hyperlipidemia.
