In contrast to the controls, the expression of P-PI3K and P-Akt proteins in GC SGC7901 cells in the IL-8(20 ng/mL) group, IL-8(40 ng/mL) group, and IL-8(60 ng/mL) group and the expressing levels of P-PI3K and P-Akt proteins in GC SGC7901 cells in the IL-8 (60 ng/mL) group were remarkably higher in contrast to the IL-8 (20 ng/mL) group and IL-8 (40 ng/mL) group as well (P < 0.05), but no remarkable diversity was observed in the expressing of PI3K and Akt proteins in gastric cancer SGC7901 cells in each group (P > 0.05), as presented by Figure 5.
