The characteristics of lower-grade IDH-wild type glioblastomas in adult patients are similar to IDH-wildtype glioblastoma including the homozygous deletion or mutation of phosphatase and tensin homolog (PTEN), TERT-promoter mutations, monosomy of chromosome 10, homozygous deletion of CDKN2A, and CDKN2B [35, 36].
