In this study, we constructed the plasmid-encoding lncRNA-SLERCC to overcome the lncRNA instability, and prepared a novel Plasmid-SLERCC@PDA@MUC12 nanoparticles (PSPM-NPs) to targeted deliver SLERCC to the RCC cell lines by the incorporation of MUC12 anti-body into PDA (Fig. 1).
