YAP1 and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: Multivariate Cox regression analyses indicated that a higher level of YAP1 (YAP1 score ≥ 80) in fibroblasts was an independent prognostic factor for metastasis-free survival (p = 0.001, hazard ratio [HR] = 4.834, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.857–12.579) (Table 1), recurrence-free survival (p = 0.011, HR = 3.841, 95% CI = 1.356–10.883) (Table 2), and overall survival (p = 0.011, HR = 2.402, 95% CI = 1.218–4.737) (Table 3) in NPC patients.
