Cytomolecular experiments found that BMAL1 exhibited a synergistic effect on the proliferation and differentiation of BMSC, and BMAL1 deficiency inhibited osteoblast and chondrocyte differentiation while promoting the differentiation and formation of osteoclasts and increasing bone resorption (41, 42).Therefore, our experiment suggests the mechanism of action of the circadian rhythm in osteoporosis and the positive regulatory effect of Rhizoma Drynariae. Here, BMAL1 is linked to osteoporosis.
