Patients aged less than or equal to 40 were defined as young breast cancer patients [16] and had more adverse prognostic factors compared with middle-aged and elderly patients, including larger lesions, poor differentiation, HER-2 overexpression, triple negative type and vascular invasion are more common, have higher histological grades, are more prone to lymph node metastases, and have more metastases [17, 18].
