We next used the transferrin-nanoparticle delivery of pSicoCD44v6 shRNA plus Fabpl-Cre to determine whether silencing the expression of CD44v6, or of CD44v6-containing variants, can inhibit the tumor cell survival and growth by reducing WNT-CD44v6-MDR1 signaling. This evidence concerns the gene ABCB1 and neoplasm.
