PXDN acted a protective factor in LAML (p < 0.001) but was a risk factor in the other tumors, including MESO (p < 0.001), Bladder Urothelial Carcinoma(BLCA) (p < 0.001), Cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC, p < 0.006), Stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD, p=0.011), Thyroid carcinoma (THCA, p=0.012), SARC (p=0.014), Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM, p=0.035), and Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC, p=0.043). Here, PXDN is linked to thyroid gland carcinoma.
