Specifically, for the comparisons within groups, CA12 (p=0.02), CAMK1D (p=0.01), ESM1 (p=2.7e − 3\), FGF11 (p=0.03), FOXP1 (p=0.04), GXYLT2 (p=0.03), HOMER1 (p=0.04), IGFBP5 (p=0.03), KIT (p=0.04), MEST (p=0.04), and RAB3B (p=0.04) were consistently expressed at statistically different levels between keloids without hydrocortisone and normal scar tissue without treatment.
