The results indicated that CaMKIIα-Cre-dependent IRSp53 deletion in mice led to various behavioral deficits, including open-field hyperactivity, anxiety-like behaviors, and impaired social interaction (Supplementary Fig. 2), similar to the behavioral deficits induced by Emx1-Cre-dependent IRSp53 deletion.
