We found that higher levels of tumour-infiltrating T cell subsets, including CD8+PD-1+LAG-3+TIM-3+, CD4+FoxP3+CTLA-4+ T and CD68+STING+ cells, were associated with inferior overall survival (OS) in 80 patients (Fig. 2d, Supplementary Fig. 4b). Here, CTLA4 is linked to neoplasm.
