PMEL and hereditary clear cell renal cell carcinoma: TFEB-rearranged renal cell carcinomas were constantly immunolabeled for Melan-A (100%, 100%, and 90% of cases using the threshold of 5%, 10%, and 20% positive cells respectively), making such a reliable marker for the identification of these tumors, and frequently for HMB45 (80%, 20%, and 10% of the cases using the threshold of 5%, 10%, and 20% positive cells respectively).
