SCLE and TEN-like lupus cases tested positive for anti-nuclear antibody (ANA), both idiopathic SCLE patients had anti-Sjögren’s-syndrome-related antigen A (SSA) and one of them also had anti-Sjögren’s-syndrome-related antigen B (SSB) and rheuma factor (RF), and one DI-SCLE patient had SSA. The gene discussed is BTG3; the disease is toxic epidermal necrolysis.
