After the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination, the seropositivity rate of anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG was 90.6%, 65.4%, 62.5%, and 70.0% (p=0.062) (Figure 1C), and the average anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG level was 27.31 (4.04-59.10), 4.92 (0.40-19.68), 1.43 (0.40-9.20), and 1.99 (0.55-7.49) U/ml in RA patients using csDMARDs, anti-TNF-α bDMARDs, non-anti-TNF-α bDMARDs, and JAK inhibitors, respectively.
