Results showed that the protein expressions of FOXM1 were upregulated after p-FOXM1 transfection into U87 and T98G cells, which suggested FOXM1 was successfully transfected into glioma cells, while FOXM1 protein levels were reduced after treating with Chalcone 9X (Figure 5(a)) (p < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene FOXM1 and central nervous system cancer.
