Indeed, transcripts demonstrating Spearman anti-correlation against ZFP36L2 of ρ < −0.6 (p < 2.1 × 10−344, 43/16,343 assessed genes) included the psoriasis-related cytokine IL2614 and the T cell activation modulator CD2,27 as well as multiple T cell receptor components (CD3D and CD3G) and activation markers (CD81,28CD82,29 and CD9630) (Figure 2A; Table S5). The gene discussed is CD3D; the disease is psoriasis.
