When considering results of stainings, we found that CD3+ (OR [odds ratio] 3.33; < 0.01), CD68+ (OR: 2.73; p < 0.05), CD163+ (OR: 2.49; p < 0.05), CD8+ (OR: 2.32; p = 0.04), PD-L1+ (OR: 11.61; p < 0.01), CDK4+ (OR: 4.44; p < 0.05) and Ki-67+ (OR: 3.62; p < 0.01) were associated with greater risk in the presence of locally advanced (pT3-4) and/or positive lymph nodes disease (Table 2). Here, CD163 is linked to lymph node disorder.
