As we expected, IL-6, TNF-α, CRP, and D-dimer levels were all reduced after lenalidomide treatment, which is consistent with previous findings that lenalidomide attenuated IL-6 and TNF-α secretion in a pulmonary fibrosis model (Li et al., 2022) and mantle cell lymphoma (Ma et al., 2017). The gene discussed is TNF; the disease is pulmonary fibrosis.
