By contrast, tumor biopsy specimens from patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), mesothelioma, ovarian, endometrial cancers, breast and melanoma were stained with the anti-MICA/B Mia4 mAb, revealing high levels of MICA/B expression in tumors (Figure 1c).
