CD4 and Alzheimer disease: The results revealed that AD patients presented higher infiltration levels of naïve B cells, resting memory CD4+ T cells, gamma delta T cells, resting NK cells, Monocytes, M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, activated dendritic cells, and neutrophils (Figure 2G), suggesting that the alternations in the immune system may be a major cause for the occurrence of AD.
