Using univariate Cox regression model analysis, we found that a high expression level of PDSS1 was significantly related to poor prognosis (HR = 1.816; 95% CI: 1.276 – 2.584; p < 0.001), as well T stage (HR = 2.949; 95% CI: 1.982 – 4.386; p < 0.001), M stage (HR = 4.077; 95% CI: 1.281 – 12.973; p = 0.017), pathological stage III (HR = 2.734; 95% CI: 1.792 – 4.172; p < 0.001), pathological stage IV (HR = 5.597; 95% CI: 1.726 – 18.148; p = 0.004), and tumor status (HR = 2.317; 95% CI: 1.590– 3.376; p < 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene PDSS1 and neoplasm.
