The results of the pan-cancer analysis performed in GEPIA showed that HM13 was significantly increased in various tumor tissues, including BLCA, BRCA, COAD, DLBC, GBM, KAML, LGG, LIHC, OV, READ, SKCM, STAD, TGCT, THYM, UCEC, and UCS, when compared to normal tissues (Fig. 2A, p < 0.01), however, HM13 was exclusively linked to poor overall survival and disease-free survival in patients with LGG (Fig. 2B, p < 0.05) and LIHC (Fig. 2C, p < 0.05). Here, HM13 is linked to neoplasm.
