In light of these findings, we then explored the Enhanced Permeability and Retention (EPR) effects of nanoparticle accumulation at tumor sites [37, 38] by synthesizing nanoscale metal-organic frameworks (NMOFs) to package siRNAs targeting CYTOR for suppression in an in vivo OSCC mouse model (Supplementary Fig. S12).
