As shown in our previous results, PDCD10 participates in the crosstalk between glioblastoma cells and microglia/macrophages and promotes tumor growth by CXCL2-CXCR2 signaling in vivo [25], which suggests that CXCR2 may play a critical role in aggressive behaviors mediated by PDCD10 in tumors. This evidence concerns the gene PDCD10 and glioblastoma.
