Several studies reported that expression of PDCD10 was altered and associated with tumor progression in various types of cancers including ovarian cancer, breast cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, and non-small cell lung cancer, while a study on glioblastoma indicated a dual role and disease-specificity of the function of PDCD10 [17–21]. This evidence concerns the gene PDCD10 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
