In the low-risk group, high-risk group, and all cancer samples, a negative correlation was observed between resting memory CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells, M1 macrophages and activated mast cells, follicular helper T cells and Tregs, and activated mast cells and resting mast cells; however, a positive correlation was observed between follicular helper T cells and M1 macrophages and activated memory CD4 T cells and M1 macrophages. This evidence concerns the gene CD4 and cancer.
