In this study, we demonstrated that SQLE had the most significant correlations with tumor‐infiltrating lymphocytes (such as Mast, Monocyte, MDSC, and Act_DC), immunostimulators (such as TNFSF13, CD86, C10orf54, and CD48), immunoinhibitors (such as IL10, CD244, HAVCR2, and PDCD1LG2), and MHC molecules (such as HLA–DMB, HLA–DRA, HLA–DMA, and HLA–DOA). Here, CD48 is linked to neoplasm.
