We report a case of a patient who developed choroidal metastasis, while on endocrine therapy with selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM), tamoxifen, for estrogen receptor (ER) positive, progesterone receptor (PR) positive and (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) HER2 negative primary breast carcinoma, which then regressed following systemic chemotherapy with palbociclib. This evidence concerns the gene PGR and breast carcinoma.
