In another case report of ER positive, PR positive, HER2 negative breast carcinoma in a 38-year-old woman treated with right mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection, followed by four cycles of docetaxel and cyclophosphamide and adjuvant radiation, the patient developed multiple bone metastases in addition to mediastinal lymphadenopathy, two years after the primary diagnosis [24]. Here, ERBB2 is linked to breast carcinoma.
