BRCA1 and peritoneum cancer: It is approved for relapsed high-grade epithelial ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer, either as switch maintenance treatment following platinum-based chemotherapy (restricted to platinum sensitive disease in the European Union), or as a later line of treatment with a BRCA1 or BRCA2 alteration.9‐11 It is also approved (in the United States) for treatment of metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer with a BRCA1 or BRCA2 alteration.12
