This study aimed to explore whether BJOE participated in the development of ovarian cancer, by affected autophagy mediated by miR-8485 regulating LAMTOR3/mTOR/ATG13 signaling axis, thereby providing feasible ideas for targeted therapy of ovarian cancer and scientific basis for the rational use of B. javanica (L.)Merr. [Simaroubaceae] for the diagnosis and treatment of tumors. The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
