Although both miR-365-3p and ARRB2 have been reported to exert the regulatory roles in cytokine production individually (46, 47), this study provided the first clue to connect these two regulators together in IL-17-mediated asthmatic airway inflammation and proposed the possible IL-7/miR-365-3p/ARRB2/KC(IL-8) axis in asthmatic inflammation (Figure 7).
