Among these predicted target genes, critical transcription factors such as Rel, Ets1, Bcl11b, Prdm1, Maf, and Ikzf4, and asthma-related molecules including TRAF3, ARRB2, Sgk1, PIK3R3, ADAM10, ADM Pten and Nr3c1 are the ones that have been reported in PubMed to be involved in pulmonary inflammation response of asthma (Figure 6A), whose expression were subsequently examined in mouse lung tissue (Supplementary Figure 7).
