RIGI and infection: The results showed that siRNAs targeting RIG-I, MDA5, and TRIF but not MAVS or MyD88 significantly reduced the mRNA of IFN-β (Figure 5F), demonstrating that RIG-I/MDA5-mediated RLRs signaling pathway and TRIF-mediated TLRs signaling pathway involved in the production of IFN-β during FJzz1 infection.
