PPP5C and familial pancreatic carcinoma: This study will investigate the expression levels of PPP5C in cells as well as exosomes and the effect of its expression levels on gemcitabine resistance, cellular activity, angiogenesis, and cellular autophagy levels in pancreatic cancer, analyze its targeting relationship with miR-520-5p, and obtain the effect of PPP5C on survival over 3-5 years by bioinformatics analysis.
