We merged the results of these lists (Figure 1F and Supplementary Table 1E), which revealed genes not only targeting known tumor promoters (e.g., JAK3 and SELL) and tumor promoters with demonstrated roles in other tissues (e.g., CD27, PROX1 and PSIP1) but also genes not previously described as tumor promoters (e.g., CCDC102B and C16orf54). This evidence concerns the gene PROX1 and neoplasm.
