A phase Ib trial (NCT03628521) assessed sintilimab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) and anlotinib in the frontline setting for patients with NSCLC, and found that this combination treatment represented a novel chemotherapy-free regimen for unresectable NSCLC without EGFR/ALK/ROS1 mutations, with an ORR of 72.7% and median PFS of 15 months (65). This evidence concerns the gene ROS1 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
