Adlay seed oil not only regulates the triple-negative breast cancer metabolism through the miR-205/S1PR1(sheath osine 1 phosphate receptor 1) axis and the downstream STAT3/MAPK/AKT signaling pathway, but also reduces the expression of S1PR1, cyclinD1, and phosphorylation levels in STAT3, MAPK, and AKT, while upregulating p27 [52]. This evidence concerns the gene STAT3 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
