As the Cd38–cADPR signal system plays an important role in cardiomyocyte functions [48,49,55,56], the relation between the expression of components of the Cd38–cADPR signal system (Cd38, Ryr2, and Fkbp12.6) and Pten is important in cardiomyocyte functioning in IH condition. This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and isolated hemihyperplasia.
