Two key components have been added: (i) a novel, high-affinity, non-cleavable CD16 Fc receptor (hnCD16) that enables tumor targeting and enhanced antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity without negative regulation, in combination with a therapeutic monoclonal antibody targeting the tumor cells; and (ii) an IL-15/IL-15 receptor fusion protein (IL-15RF) promoting cytokine-independent persistence (Figure 4).
