In an interesting work conducted by Zheng et al. [131], spermine-modified acetalated dextran nanoparticles (SpAcDex NPs) were synthesized, modified with bradykinin ligand agonist targeting B1 receptor, and encapsulated with anti-miR-21, aiming to upregulate PTEN for the treatment of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). This evidence concerns the gene PTEN and glioblastoma.
