Last, in 47 progressive metastatic castration-resistant PC (mCRPC) patients, Cell-Search® was compared to the AdnaTest and to the polymerase chain detection (PCR) detection of five genes involved in the development and function of the prostatic epithelium (KLK2, PSA, HOXB13, GRHL2, FOXA1) (LE 2c) [16].
