CDKN2A and laryngotracheoesophageal cleft: Noteworthily, the proportion of cases HPV-DNA0positive/p16INK4a0negative/E6*I mRNA0positive was much higher in LC than in OPC and OCC (39.2% vs. 16.0 % and 16.7%, respectively), strengthening the argument that p16INK4a testing, even in combination with another HPV test, is not useful to diagnose an HPV-driven LC.
